Job Overview – We are looking for an experience HUB Incharge for managing overall cross
dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock,
adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT
  of vehicle.
• coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
• maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
• ensure HUB sop’s are being following for safety and compliance.
• support in resolving operational challenges at HUB leve
  Key Responsibilities
• Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge
• 2 -to 4 yrs of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store
  Operations for any Retail / Ecom company
• Strong operational Knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management,
  productivity tracking.
• Must have experience in SAP HANA
