About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team at V2 Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT recruitment, with strong knowledge of various IT functions, roles, and technologies. This role requires handling end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different levels while ensuring the best talent acquisition strategies are implemented.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management).

  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical IT positions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking).

  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for IT roles.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and hiring standards.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for IT hiring.

  • Stay updated on latest IT trends, job roles, and market insights to attract top talent.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record with 8+ years of exclusive experience in IT recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of IT functions, technologies, and industry hiring trends.

  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and headhunting abilities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

  • Relevant certifications in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
