Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced NSO Recruiter to join our HR team at V2 Retail. The candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for new store openings, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for all roles related to new store openings (Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers, etc.)
- Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower planning.
- Ensure timely hiring as per project deadlines.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of mass hiring for stores.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Preferably from a retail background.
