Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Retail Recruitment & NSO (New Store Opening) hiring

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced NSO Recruiter to join our HR team at V2 Retail. The candidate should have strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for new store openings, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment for all roles related to new store openings (Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower planning.
  • Ensure timely hiring as per project deadlines.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in retail recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of mass hiring for stores.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Preferably from a retail background.
