Experience:

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy of the organization, driving brand growth, increasing sales, and managing annual marketing budgets across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies
  • Align marketing plans with business and sales objectives
  • Drive brand positioning and visibility across all platforms

ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage ATL (Above The Line) campaigns (TV, print, outdoor, radio)
  • Lead BTL (Below The Line) activities such as in-store promotions, events, activations
  • Oversee Digital Marketing initiatives across social media, websites, and performance platforms
  • Handle Influencer Marketing campaigns to improve reach and engagement
  • Drive SEO strategy to improve online visibility and traffic

Sales & Budget Management

  • Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget
  • Monitor ROI and optimize marketing spends

Store Presentation & Branding

  • Ensure strong store presentation, visual merchandising, and branding consistency
  • Support new store launches and marketing rollouts

Leadership & Problem Solving

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team and agencies
  • Handle complex marketing challenges with strong problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
