Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, execution, and implementation of specialized civil and interior works for retail projects. The role involves resource planning, vendor coordination, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are completed within defined quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Execution & Monitoring
    • Monitor and execute specialized civil and interior works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
    • Ensure proper implementation of project plans and technical requirements.
  2. Team Building & Vendor Management
    • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve quality standards and project deadlines.
    • Maintain effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders at site.
  3. Resource Planning & Management
    • Plan, manage, and optimize materials, manpower, and project-related costs.
    • Ensure availability of required resources as per project schedule.
  4. Project Systems & Progress Control
    • Prepare and implement systems to monitor and control site activities to achieve planned progress.
    • Track execution milestones and highlight deviations or risks to the Project Manager.
  5. Material & Procurement Scheduling
    • Plan and manage project schedules and material procurement timelines to ensure uninterrupted site execution.
    • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
  6. Inter-Department & Vendor Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Procurement, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
    • Support vendor alignment and resolve site-level execution challenges.
  7. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), progress reports, and work schedules.
    • Maintain site documentation related to execution, manpower, and materials.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–6 years of experience in civil and interior project execution, preferably in retail or commercial projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of civil and interior execution processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and site teams.
  • Good planning, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of project schedules and execution timelines.
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations.
