At V2 Retail Limited, we are strengthening our leadership ecosystem and inviting experienced professionals to join us as *Senior Consultants*, working closely with the CMD Office.

This is not a conventional role. You will be part of the *CMD Committee*, directly owning and partnering with key business functions.

🔹 *Key Functions You Will Work With:*
B&M (Buying & Merchandising), Planning, IT, Retail Operations, Supply Chain (SCM), Marketing, HR, Audit, Finance, Projects, Business development, and other critical business functions.

🔹 *Your Role:*
* Act as a strategic partner to assigned departments/functions
* Drive daily execution discipline and operational efficiency
* Identify gaps, bring structure, and improve team productivity
* Lead and accelerate critical cross-functional projects
* Enable data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

🔹 *What We’re Looking For:*
* 5+ years of strong experience in consulting / operations / business excellence roles
* High ownership mindset with execution focus
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
* Structured thinking with problem-solving orientation
* Experience in retail / fast-paced industries is a plus
