About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Content Creator to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will design and produce engaging digital learning content — including training videos, presentations, and e-learning materials — to support employee development and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging digital training modules, presentations (PPTs), videos, and e-learning content
- Create SOP, process, product, and store operations training videos
- Design learning materials, visual communication content, and training manuals
- Collaborate with the L&D and business teams to understand training requirements and develop relevant content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content planning, review, and approvals
- Maintain and regularly update digital learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Ensure consistency in branding, quality, and learning standards across all training materials
- Research new content formats and learning trends to improve employee engagement
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing and digital content creation
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or similar)
- Creative approach toward learning content development and visual storytelling
- Good understanding of training requirements and instructional content creation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in the Retail industry
