About the Role
V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cluster Support / Regional Support professional to support our Retail Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and hands-on experience in retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Cluster and Regional Managers in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Prepare and analyze sales, stock, inventory, and MIS reports.
- Monitor store performance and track key business KPIs.
- Coordinate with stores to ensure smooth operational execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain operational data and generate business reports for management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, SCM, Finance, Buying & Merchandising, and Admin.
- Follow up on store compliance, manpower updates, inventory, and operational action plans.
- Provide analytical support to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis).
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Cluster Support, Regional Support, or a similar retail operations role.
- Candidates from Garment Retail or FMCG companies will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
