RECRUITMENT HEAD – CORPORATE / HEAD OFFICE

JOB OVERVIEW

V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Head – Corporate / Head Office to lead the complete recruitment function for our Corporate Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Retail Recruitment and Corporate Hiring, along with proven expertise in managing recruitment teams, senior-level hiring, stakeholder management and end-to-end talent acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the complete Corporate / Head Office recruitment function.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on business and manpower requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions including Retail Operations, Buying & Merchandising, Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Projects, Admin and other Corporate functions.
• Handle Senior Management, Mid-Level and critical hiring requirements.
• Lead, guide and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
• Work closely with Business Heads and Senior Management to understand requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, consultants and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, salary negotiation, offer and joining.
• Monitor recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, ageing positions, interview status, offer status and joining status.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in SAP / HRMS and other recruitment systems.
• Manage external recruitment consultants and ensure effective utilization of recruitment channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams for smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in Retail Recruitment is highly preferred.
• Experience in Corporate / Head Office hiring.
• Experience in leading or managing a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition team.
• Strong exposure to senior and critical hiring.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, consultants and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SAP / HRMS.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market mapping and talent sourcing.

EDUCATION

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, Value Retail, E-commerce or related industries will be preferred.
