ABOUT THE POSITION
V2 Retail is looking for experienced Retail Operations professionals for the position of Cluster Manager / Regional Support to support retail operations for the South region.
The candidate should have strong experience in store operations and team management, along with a good understanding of the South Indian retail market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and support retail store operations across assigned locations.
- Monitor sales, business targets, productivity, customer service, and store performance.
- Guide and support Store Managers and retail teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Analyse store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support manpower planning, team development, and training.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide operational support.
- Resolve operational challenges and coordinate with the HO team.
- Maintain effective communication between stores and the corporate office.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in Fashion Retail, Value Retail, Departmental Store, or a similar retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and team handling.
- Experience in managing multiple stores or cluster-level operations will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of the South Indian retail market.
- Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages such as Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to stores/locations as required.
