Job Title: Asst. Manager – Transport coordination
Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (Head office)
Budget: Up to 12 lakhs
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and organized Transport Coordinator to
oversee our Transportation and Fleet Management operations. This role involves planning
vehicle movement, ensuring on-time deliveries, Load & Route optimisation, cost control,
building relation with transporters across PAN – India
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Manage daily Dispatch schedule, Vehicle routing & Load planning.
- Coordinate with multiple DC, stores, vendors for proper execution of plan.
- Monitor & control own Fleet utilisation.
- Ensure 100% compliance of documentation like Delivery challans, trip sheets, EwayBills & POD.
- Analyse Inbound & Outbound transport cost, work on ways to optimize the same.
- Maintain and review daily reports.
Key Skills & Requirements - Graduate in any discipline with minimum 4 to 7 yrs of experience in managing
transport operations across INDIA. - Excellent route planning, vehicle scheduling & transport management skills.
- Familiarity with Eway bill process, GPS tracking tools, SAP & TMS System
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on cost and delivery optimization
