Location: Gurugram (or as per company requirement)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in recruitment
Industry Background: Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate or MBA in HR.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to joining
  • Must have experience in bulk and mass hiring (especially frontline staff)
  • Search candidates through job portals, references, and social media
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
  • Work with different departments to understand their hiring needs
  • Maintain records and prepare daily recruitment reports (Excel knowledge is a must)
  • Follow up with selected candidates until they join

  • Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Must be good at Excel and reporting
