Location: Gurugram (or as per company requirement)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in recruitment
Industry Background: Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate or MBA in HR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Must have experience in bulk and mass hiring (especially frontline staff)
- Search candidates through job portals, references, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
- Work with different departments to understand their hiring needs
- Maintain records and prepare daily recruitment reports (Excel knowledge is a must)
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join
