Experience: 2 to 4 years in recruitment
Qualification: Graduate or MBA in HR

Job Role:

• Handle the full recruitment process
• Find and connect with candidates through job portals and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Work with different departments for their hiring needs
• Keep records of candidates and prepare daily reports
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join
